The present study examines the relationship between Personality and Attitude of different levels of women teachers towards teaching profession in Hassan city.25 women teachers from primary school,25 women teachers from secondary school,25 lectures from P.U.C and under graduate course they were randomly selected the data obtained was subjected to appropriate statistics analysis. A standardized test was administered as a tool for data collection. Mean, SD, Standard error of mean and f-value were used to analyze the data . The study revealed significant relationship between personality and attitude. Keywords: Personality factor, ATP, women teachers at different levels of education.
