The interpersonal relationships that the employees are forming are the key and successful factors which show greater impact on the growth of the organization and job satisfaction of the employees. Positive interpersonal relationship among the employees will be the fuel for achieving goals and success of the organization and will motivate the workers at workplace to increase the level of output. This paper mainly concentrates on relationship between designations of the Individual and factors of Interpersonal relationship at work place.
