Education is to bring out the best that already exists in human beings. It is to prepare the students to face the diversified tasks of life. Integration of technology with pedagogy enhances the learning experiences. Conventional teaching methods are gradually getting faded off and the focus is shifted to the use technology. This paper aims at the integration of pedagogy with technology to teach language skills- listening, speaking, reading and writing to teach English, a foreign language (EFL). A sample of 60 under graduate students is selected and is divided in to two groups of 30 each. One group, the target group, is taught by using wide range of technology: audio and video tapes, power point presentations, Internet information, simulated pictures, video clippings etc. and the other group, the conventional group, is taught without using any technology by only conventional methods of teaching. At the end both the groups are evaluated to test their language skills. The performance of students is analyzed to establish the fact how teaching with modern technology differs from chalk and talk method of teaching. This paper also discusses the steps to overcome the limitations of using these electronic gadgets. Keywords: Diversified tasks, pedagogy, integration, technology, conventional method of teaching
