In the process of language teaching and learning four skills are to be employed. They are Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing. Of all the four skills, writing is taken up at a later stage when compared to other skills is given less emphasis or rather neglected. But language is the medium of expression, it needs to be used in a careful manner otherwise it leads to miscommunication. In spite of teaching and giving practice the learners are bound to make mistakes being unconscious of how they write and try to communicate. An attempt has been made in this paper to highlight some of the aspects to make meaningful sentences by following certain patterns.
