The subject science is meant for the better living of a person. This attitude shall be inculcated in the minds of students from their school studies onwards. Especially the scientific attitudes and scientific interests will be enabled in the child from secondary classes. The present study has conducted on 160 high school students studying in different schools of Salur mandal of Vizianagaram district, Andhra Pradesh, India. The study conducted on variables like Sex, Management and Parental literacy and the scientific attitude dimensions on comparison across different variables were discussed and the significant differences were noted. The scientific attitude scale constructed and standardised by Bhaskar Rao (2003) consisting of 36 items with 5 dimensions were used in the study.
