Participatory Learning and Action, being an integral of OBE, is quite a contrast to the conventional teaching method which is more of teacher-centric whereas participatory learning is more learner-oriented which manages to reconstruct, plan and impart education in an effective way. In the contemporary scenario, Participatory Learning and Action (PLA) is an essential part of Outcome Based Education (OBE) which provides an alternative teaching method for new age teachers. This paper, with the lesson plan of a particular short story, attempts to scrutinize the ability of the teachers to be creative and resourceful and to cater the needs of the students with an eclectic approach.
