This study is an attempt to evaluate the effectiveness of scheduled physical exercises as a technique to reduce aggressive behaviours among adult individuals with intellectual Disability. 6 vocational trainees from Thakur Hari Prasad Institute of Research and Rehabilitation have been selected for this study. All the trainees assessed on behavioural domains with the help of BASAL-MR part B. Pre and Post test assessment has been carried out, before and after the intervention respectively. Result of the study finding analyzed and discussed which indicate scheduled physical exercises found to be effective in modification of aggressive behaviour such as physical harm towards others, temper tantrums, misbehave with others, damages property and self injurious behaviours. Study helps to conclude that physical exercise as a effective intervention strategy for controlling behavioural issues among adult vocational trainees with intellectual disability.
