This paper explains about participation of the teacher in secondary school administration. For this study researcher selected survey method for collecting data from government and private secondary school teachers of adilabad district in Andhra pradesh .researcher used standardized tool that is participation of teacher in school administration prepared by Prof. Haseentaj, Banglore University, Banglore in this study researcher used variables such as Gender, Locality, Age, Type of management, Educational qualification, Teachining experience, Subject taught. The results of the study are, teacher’s participation in secondary school administration at Adilabad in Andhra Pradesh is high in communicating way and not deferring with back ground variables such as Gender, Age,Teaching experience, Type of Management and Educational Qualification. The teacher’s participation in secondary school administration at Adilabad in Andhra Pradesh is not deferring respect to school administration dimension wise such as Planning, Controlling, Communicating but they are deferring in following way such as Organizing and Evaluation.
