This study is focused o Laptops used by Arts college students especially for learning English and to examine the implementation of learning skills. Starting from the general assessment of the impact that technology had already had on English Language teaching [ELT], this paper highlights the attitude of teacher and students towards learning English.CLT approach and information literacy is also possible using laptops. In the present study the researcher has tried show how by using laptops. This paper discusses about the student gaining mastery in English by using Laptops.
