Tas to face a lot of issues and prove themselves in the society. Wherein, at times, classroom learnt methods may not be adequate and supportive enough in proving themselves in variety of situations. Needs of the society, organization and self are very different from each other. The gap between current and desired results is very huge. In this context, finding the needs assessment and utilizing them for personal growth is very desirable. Apart from excelling in academic point of view developing interpersonal communication is also the pivotal need of oneself. The current paper explores the same issue with the help of window created by two famous psychologists Joseph Luft and Harry Ingham whose contribution in the field of psychology paved way for the self awareness and developing oneself in all the required aspects. With the help of this window, certain activities were devised and learners of B.E. 1st year were encouraged to explore those activities, and motivated to do self awareness from multiple perspectives while prioritizing self need assessment as well. Finally when the desired results were obtained the learners were inspired to create their own methods in excelling required peoples’ skill.
