There is a need for ending the controversy on whether empiricist analysis may be made of the various theories of learning languages. It may be in special reference to English of universal connectivity and versatility. Oxford Dictionary gives the following definition of empiricism it is: ‘based on observation or experiment, not on theory’. While making empirical study of origin of language, observation is made in qualitative perspectives. Thus knowing language in its feel is experiential. Study of origin of language will be in functional approach. It is conditioned by the content of the linguistic material commonly known as language code. Following this experimental study is made on course of development of language. It will be in quantitative perspectives as much as it will be in experimental approach depending upon the form of language.
