It is obvious that language is essentially a social phenomenon since language lives in the minds and tongues of its users” [1].Language, thus, can be examined in the context of its basic skills. There is one major mistake of thinking about English, we call it as a subject and it is not a subject, it is a language which can be easily learn just as mother tongue if we give emphasis on Listening Skill. The present study is an attempt to examine the way of influencing four basic skills of language, Special concern with Listening Skill.
