Dengue is viral disease transmitted by female mosquito species. Out breaks of the disease usually observed in the post – monsoon season. Though Aedes Aegypti mosquito has start to high breed and it attack on human being. At the time dengue virus has been enter into the human bloodstream then virus kills white blood cells. Due to this, person has been suffer by fewer and other symptoms. When white blood cell strength has been weakening patient has suffer by serious conditions. Hence, it effect on public and government economic strength and till Indian health expenditure comparatively low to other developing countries. Number of the patient comes under below poverty line background though they do not able to spend huge amount at recover the disease. Particularly, Karnataka is one of the seriously affected state by Dengue disease in India. So far present paper has try to high light the public health expenditure in dengue effected area of Karnataka specially Chitradurga district. For this purpose, some Important Objectives are mentioned here: To examine the socio-psychological burden among dengue affected families.  To highlights the health expenditure in Dengue effected people of Chitradurga District. To highlights the health expenditure in Dengue effected people of Chitradurga District. To identify the curative measures for controlling dengue disease in Karnataka.Two hundred dengue affected people were select for study sample and interview method were utilize for primary data collection with the help of hospital records.
