The present work aims at studying the school adjustment of secondary school students in relation to environmental awareness. The sample consisted of 323 boys and 277 girls, which were drawn by adopting Stratified Proportionate random sampling technique from the Secondary Schools of Tumkur Educational District, Karnataka. The data collected from the sample were analysed by adopting Pearson’s product moment correlation, t-test and ANOVA. The statistical analysis revealed that there exist significant relationship between environmental awareness and school adjustment. Even there was main effect of environmental awareness on school adjustment but on the other hand there was no interaction effect of environmental awareness and gender on school adjustment and environmental awareness and medium of instruction on school adjustment.
