In this paper, I would like to introduce a Model Plan of Ten Hours programme out of A Thirty Hours Programme, designed to improve Target Language (LSRW) Skills among students through activities by utilizing the resources ---- both technical and manual. The main intention of the programme is to bring awareness in the students of how to utilize the things around them as resources for improving their language skills. The process is useful to enrich their accessibility to the available resources in this perspective. In this programme, the students are placed with resources and situations where the teacher plays the role of facilitator. The programme gives much scope to the students’ involvement in activities. The students are expected to project their thoughts through presentation or performance at the end of each activity. For attaining this, the facilitator creates the situation and instructs the participants to keep liveliness of the activity. The facilitator does not pressurize the participants for reaching any particular target but he/she always monitors them to meet the expected output.
