In this changing dynamic world globalization have played an important role to bring awareness among women to know their role and status in the economy. The skill which a woman possess the Knowledge which she carries and her adaptability to the changing need of the society have attracted the whole world towards her as an entrepreneur. In India which is considered to be a centre of entrepreneurs in the world the role of women entrepreneurs is improving day by day. Indian Government is also playing an important role to train and motivate the women to become a successful entrepreneur. This paper emphasizes on the need of women entrepreneurs and the challenges which they have to face while entering the world of entrepreneurship.
