It is evidently found that in the 21st century the usage of internet among the people of India due to the revolution in the Information Communication Technology. Such increasing use of online for various causes has far reaching impacts in the field of marketing. The increasing in computer awareness and smart phones revolution directly, increase in online shopping and this situation declines the physical shopping. In Today’s dynamic Era of business all small traders losing their profits due to emerging of online shopping. Hence, in this study an attempt is being made to analyze the impact of online shopping on the small retail traders in Bangalorecity. In our country 3.3 % of Indian population depends on physical retail shops but emerging of virtual trading, large number retailers facing challenges to get profitability. In this paper attempts to study the challenges of small retailers in Bangalore city, due to easy virtual transaction with their special offers like discount, price, and profit margin etc. and also give certain suggestion to overcome this issue for small retailers. To fulfill the objectives of the Researcher have interviewed 100 respondents from Bangalore city and obtained primary data have been analyzed using statistical methods.It is evidently found that in the 21st century the usage of internet among the people of India due to the revolution in the Information Communication Technology.
