The primary objective of Human Resource Development is to contribute to the Organizations goal; training programs must be developed very carefully for meeting such goals. Certain number times training programs conducted may not be evaluated scientifically. This paper tries to evaluate training programs by using Instructional Systems Design (ISD) model. The paper further focuses on how this model could be utilized for getting effective results. It gives scope for the future training programs.
