The present study aims to explore the level of physical strain of young working adults. The sample consisting of 156 urban and 144 rural working adults was drawn using proportionate random sampling technique. The investigator adopted a questionnaire and validated. The result indicates that physical strains are the ranges from below average level to high level. It is also found that there is no difference between rural and urban young working adults in their strains but order of birth of young adult had adifference on the level of physical strain.
