The research based descriptive article has discussed about the significance of training system at a feeder airline which belongs to public sector. The survey has been carried out to assess the training activities organised across the various functional departments. The overall findings of the study have resulted in that the training system was effective in realisation of the performance objectives. It is due to imparting training across various functional departments, the performance of each employee has contributed significantly to the overall development of the organizational performance.
