Tribunals play an important role in adjudication of disputes and thereby reducing the burden of the courts and increasing the efficiency level and in a speedy manner. The tribunals are introduced as per Art. 323 A and 323 B of the constitution of India, the 123rd Law Commission report and the Bill for Tribunals in the higher education 2010, supports that there shall be a tribunal in the field of education. Though Tribunals are there in a few states like Maharashtra, Punjab etc, it is required to have a uniform system of tribunals. Even in TMA Pai case same thing was reasserted.
