There have been several FM radio stations functioning from Hyderabad which is an important cosmopolitan city in India. A primary source of information to listeners and the advertisers regarding an FM radio is the web site. All the FM radio stations have web sites and most of them have more than one web site. The present paper tries to address the following research questions:- 1. What is the content currently available on World Wide Web sites of FM radio stations of Hyderabad? 2. How does the content available on World Wide Web sites fulfill the expectations of the listeners? 3. Is there scope for making the content of FM radio web sites more attractive to listeners and advertisers? The methodology for the study has been review of literature and collection, analysis and interpretation of data from the web sites of FM radio stations. Results show that the content of the web sites contain general information but specific details are lacking. There is also a gap in what the listener can expect in terms of information and what the content provides. There is scope and need for review and revision of the content of the web sites both in terms of content and format.
