The present study focuses on the administrative acumen of His Excellency Dr. Konijeti Rosaiah during his regime as the Chief Minister of Andha Pradesh. It familiarizes with the prudent initiatives adopted by Dr. Konijeti Rosaiah in 2009 and 2010 that standardized and established an enroot for the overall socio-economic development of the State in an impressive way. Dr. Konijeti Rosaiah, within a short span of one year two months through his intuitive Legislative Planning, thrived and achieved in utilizing all his capabilities to uplift the lives of the common folk through Administrative Reforms, Fiscal Proposals, Transportation Policies, Electricity Schemes, Medical and Health Department’s Welfare Programmes etc., to suit the requisites of the people of all ages and of all regions of Andhra Pradesh befittingly substantiates the title Eliciting Enduring Economy in Andhra Pradesh: Dr. Konijeti Rosaiah.
