Online shopping is the process whereby consumers directly buy goods and services from sellers in real time, without an intermediary service over the internet. It is form of E-Commerce. An online shop, e-shop, e-store, internet shop, web shop, web store, online store or virtual shop evokes the physical analogy of buying products or services in a shopping centre. Today the epoch of COVID 19 lockdown people prefer to online shopping than traditional shopping due to petrified of pandemic. Hence, online shopping might influence buyers in one way or the other. This paper attempts to analyze the perception about online shopping during COVID 19 lockdown. The study was made with a sample size of 150 and the respondents are chosen from Vaniyambadi town.
