India has emerged as a testing platform for emerging talented women entrepreneurs. They are not only intellectual, talented, confident, dedicated, ambitious but also the future maker. They are not only dedicated towards their traditional roles but also performing their professional duties with great dedication and patience. All entrepreneurial skills like foresight, time-management ability, patience, negotiating and budgeting skills are ingrained in the modern woman. In this present paper we have tried to highlight the potential in women as entrepreneur, a power of women empowerment, maladjustment between professional and personal life, and their efforts to cope up with different kind of situations which they have to face day to day. Primary and secondary both sources of information has been analysed to interpret the state of women entrepreneurs in India.
