In India, garment Industries present major contribution to economic development. Different garments produced in the industries are shirt, pant, chudidar, Nighty etc, for men, women and children. The stitching sequence for the garments varies from industry to industry. In this research, we have surveyed different garment industries to study the sequences followed in making the garments. Further CPM analysis was carried out to arrive at the effective production system.
