The objective of this paper is to analyze the reasons of bankruptcy in Greece. For this purpose World Bank report and reports from various sources are taken and it is concluded that Greece does not use bailout amount effectively. The bailout from Euro country does not help Greece because most of the amount of bailout is utilized by Greece in primary activities and not in trading activities Keywords: Greece, Bankruptcy, Bailout, Corruption, Trade deficit, European countries
