Education plays a vital role in every individual’s life and people tend to get better education from various universities or educational institutions. In 21st century provides a coherent, comprehensive, and empirically-based framework for understanding e-learning in higher education. There were frequent changes in the education system. Developments in online pedagogies and professional learning appear to lag behind the developments in technology. Education Technology is the process of integrating into education in an negative manner which leads to lack of interest confusions and network issues. Educational Technology is “The study and ethical practice of facilitating learning and improvising performance by creating, using, and managing appropriate technological processes and resources only for few assignments”. But doesn’t influence participants to be effective in higher education and it is not flexible for students to learn more effectively without proper face to face communication discussion between teacher and student is ineffective in learning process for post-graduation students to gain exact knowledge for those who are pursuing higher education.
