The study has been conducted with the primary objective of studying the preference of the Real Estate builders towards Housing Financing Services available in the city of Guwahati. The major focus has been to find out their preference for HDFC Ltd. In the process a thorough study of the housing finance companies available has also been done. The factors that a builder considers while referring housing finance companies to its customers has also been conducted to suggest areas that the builder think that HDFC should improve in order to get business from the builder.
