Job satisfaction is universal phenomenon of work result on individual’s effort. Employee is essential part of every organization and without employee the organization where unable to achieve anything. Therefore, Job satisfaction is critical part of result oriented on service organization. Job satisfaction is needed to be maintained, monitoring and followed continuously for further development. Job satisfaction relates to employee way of thinking and feeling about their performance. This study covered 205 employees of Indian Bank from Salem and Erode Districts (officers-63, clerical-142 cadres) based on convenient sampling. This study describes the employees’ job satisfaction level on salary, time management and job security, training and development of employees. The paradigm shift on technological influence from manual operation which is practiced with regularized work, some of the workers who feel difficult about nature and conducive of work, because of error and exceed time after lunch etc, This will consequence on entire job operation for the view of employees in nationalized bank.
