The aim of this research paper is to gain knowledge on the primary factors such as Environmental Sustainability, Corporate Social Responsibility and Ethics to understand how it can contribute to the success of the organization. The study also aims to find out the effectiveness of factors such as environmental sustainability, corporate social responsibility and ethics implemented by a corporation in order to measure the performance of the Employees as well. A detailed research was conducted pertaining to these above said factors through a survey method, to better understand the perception of employees towards these factors in achieving the organizational goal. The data was collected from employees through questionnaire method. The data was then analyzed and its interpretations were taken as findings of the study. To improve the study, certain suggestions were also given and the study was concluded.
