It is very important for learners who study English as a second language to experience real communicative situations in which they learn how to express their own views and opinions, and to improve their oral fluency and accuracy, which are crucial to the success of second language communication. As we know that the world is powered by technology and it reality cannot be ignored. It is the way to get access to this modernized environment. Today, more than the contact, exchange and transaction method, technology is commonly used in the education sector. Although technology cannot play a vital role as a teacher, it can be used as an additional tool to improve teaching methods in the classroom. While traditional chalk and talk approaches appear monotonous and dull to students, teachers emphasize the new innovations for teaching subjects. New applications and new technology are being implemented to make it easier for students to access their subjects. In this paper an attempt has been made to address the availability of various technologies, their effects, their practical applications and the problems associated with the application of modern technological tools.
