This article is an attempt to bring the relationship between the individual and society in the play Silence! The court is in session by the Marathi playwright Vijay Tendulkar. It briefly discusses about the techniques involved the play. It explains how he uses real life incidents of common man as his theme in his plays and through it he explores the theme of man’s existential loneliness.
