This in the aftermath of the honorable Supreme Court’s ruling which quashed the ruling given by the honorable High Court of Delhi in concern to the legality or decriminalization of homosexuality. This decision has led one to question the validity and the working of the judiciary, which is meant to be the upholder of justice, the same justice that is expected to be on the same lines of the collective conscience of the general public.
