In this paper I would like to discuss about the Philosophies that were followed in Dalit Literature. The Dalits are a group of people who were not given the freedom to perform their daily routine like other human beings. There are a set of people who are called as Dalits in Tamil Nadu, Marathi, and so on. These people started bringing out their ideas and views through writing only in 1980s. Before that whatever was written by the so called superior group was considered as their view. In their writing they started imposing the ideas and the situation which was faced by the writer. The social discrimination these people faced in the society was their primary motive. Though the Dalit literature was did not follow any particular style of writing, their writing came to the spotlight only because of their ideologies. The Dalit literature was good in presenting the ideas, theme, quality, terminology and above these things it refers to the history and myth from Dalit point of view. This point of view throws a different scenario which makes the reader to be a broad minded person and different point of views about a situation.n this paper I would like to discuss about the Philosophies that were followed in Dalit Literature.
