The miracles of present day Civilization are the result of learning. Learning occupies very important place in education. It is through learning that man brings in so many changes in his instincts that it becomes difficult to recognize them. Unless we are aware of the learning styles of the students, we can not be successful in our mission. As the saying goes "If you can dream it, you can do it." Walt Disney. As Confucius rightly said “I hear and I forget I see and I believe I do and I understand” learning by doing has become very important these days. The focus of this paper is on the learning styles of Students at IBS-Hyderabad, a B-School at Hyderabad. Personal Effectiveness Lab is the area of the study, the employability skills, and hands on sessions that are encouraged to find an impact on the learning out comes. Team games and individual and pair activities are encouraged since the faculty members or teachers or resource persons who teach at the management institutions have greater challenges. Hence they need to have proper blend of learning attitudes to create proper environment in the class room. They need to have a right learning style to enhance the knowledge to teach students. Keywords: Classroom management, creative abilities, training materials, global learners, learning and maturation, innovative agents of research, competent teachers etc.
