The diverse on line applications geared for productivity and collaboration (Thompson, 2008) are ideal for the higher education environment and enable college students to prepare for the work force by learning how to use cloud computing software and make their learning successful. Some corporations and small businesses are adopting cloud computing software as a cost-cutting measure. This paper focuses on an online guideline as an “extended teaching learning process” in which the researcher utilized Google Collaboration Applications, such as Google Documents and Google Presentations, to interact with secondary teacher trainee students during their teaching practice to make them to prepare for their real class room before they take the class in a daily basis. In addition, this paper focuses on the students‟ self-efficacy levels in completing their teaching practice by utilising the “Google Collaboration Application Tools” as an extended teaching learning tool in an „web based online learning environment‟. Google Collaboration Applications enable college faculty to provide their students with innovative communication and collaboration opportunities.
