This paper, following that entitled “Antedates to update the OED” (in The English Research Express - IJELL, Voume: 1st , Issue: 1st January–March 2013, pp. 64–75), offers further hitherto lexicographically unrecorded datings of Indian words in English. The findings show that the dates given in the OED of the first occurrences of several items can be put back many years, leading to a revision of the timescale of the introduction into English of words from Indian languages.
