Female writers have always been an inspiration for many of them. Novels of many writers have awakened women in all walks of life. They have always peened things that have arouse many low-class women and given them a chance to fight against injustice. Many female writers, like Alice Walker, Jane Austen etc. have contributed and have bought tremendous changes in the lives of the women. This paper describes the various female writer and mainly describes the works of the author, Virginia Woolf. She is an extra ordinary writer who uses stream of consciousness in her novels. The paper also discusses her works and the writing style she follows in her novels. In conclusion a brief note on Virginia Woolf relating to feminism.
