Most often it is found that people from developing countries are migrating to developed countries with specific rules and lots of dreams. The migrating masses are heterogeneous in nature. Life does not consist entirely of what we see and hear and feel, the visible world which is undergoing change in time, is continually touching an invisible world of 'other' and no thinking person can ignore this invisible world. The down of twenty first century with the emerging trends of liberation and dynamism has witnessed a social phenomenon where native and ethnic identities are gradually seeking their mooring in the wider centers explored by globalization.
