Synergy can be achieved only when both the hard and soft skills are combined in an exquisite manner. Through soft skills overall attainment of life skills is made possible, in the era of sweeping changes of globalization and industrialization. As high performance practices become the organizational norm, it indicates that the workforce requires the necessary education and training foundations to contribute effectively.
