In qualitative studies, many approaches are used to do find out some specific problem related to human behaviors. In social Sciences, qualitative method is adapted because it deals with human values and interactions and the findings of a particular study might vary depending on the situation of the particular area, attitudinal changes, etc. So, in qualitative study, ethnographic approach is used to study a particular problem for a longer period. This thick description covered the entire aspect of the school and all details related to school have been described. Focus of this is to give an example as to how to write a thick ethnographic description after observing things connected to a particular research. It is believed that this description would be used as a model for writing ethnographic descriptions by post graduate students. So, an effort is made to give a thick ethnographic description of Model High school, Hyderabad. Keywords: Ethnographic descriptions, regional medium, school premises, etc.
