A case study is one of the several ways of doing research and also inculcating the presentation skills in oneself. Case Study can be of Social science related, Science related or even socially related. A form of Qualitative Descriptive Research is that used to look at individual, a small group of participants. Work therefore aims specifically to communicate sustainable development. It is particularly useful in depicting a holistic portrayal of a client’s experiences and results regarding the programme. Presentation skills are extremely important for a number of other reasons especially in Case Studies. Case study should be discussed or presented by giving the information related to the particular subject. Through the analysis some problem may be taken into consideration on the other hand some issues may be solved. The opinions and comprehending would differ from each other to a single topic or an issue. Really a case study in a group is an interesting matter in which everyone would feel their importance and come forward to share their own ideas. This paper aims to identify the soft skills hidden among the students’ of any discipline and also making them to practice it often in the classroom environment in order to develop their inter - personal skills namely presentation tasks , personality development, Behavioural Science etc., by involving themselves in analyzing the case studies. On the other hand, it motivates the students’ to meet the professional challenges especially in the corporate sector confidently with an effective excellence cum performance.
