The present study is entitled as “Awareness of Nanotechnology among B.Ed. Biological Science students”. Nanotechnology should be taught by creating both knowledge-centered and learning-centered environments inside and outside the classroom. Because the technology is advancing so fast, activities that encourage creative thinking, critical thinking and meta-thinking leads to life-long learning and it should be given the highest priority. The purpose of the present study was to find out the Awareness of Nanotechnology among B.Ed. Biological Science students. The research type was a survey method, which consists of purposive sampling of 640 B.Ed., Biological science students in Southern district. The investigator developed the Awareness of Nanotechnology inventory (2014). The interpretation of data was done with statistical methods in percentage analysis, mean, standard deviation and ‘t’-test.he present study is entitled as “Awareness of Nanotechnology among B.Ed.
