Edward Bond captures the spiritual and emotional vacuum of human life in a very subtle and gripping manner and forges it as a tool in his plays. All his plays weave a web of circumstances to explore the contingent emotion tied with interface and exchange of otherness in consumed state of mind and his web in a veritable in the psychology of human mind. The present paper is the study of alienation, anger and violence portrayed in the play Saved. This alienation is the result of aggression and unjust social order. Violence is the only outlet and by putting violence on stage, he wants to confront audience with the reality and asks them to question this type of violence in their life.
